The 2025 Lake of the Ozarks Shootout was nothing short of spectacular, and Mystic Powerboats once again proved why our name is synonymous with speed, innovation, and performance on the water.
Record-Breaking Speeds
One of the weekend’s biggest highlights came from the 50’ Mystic Darana, which stormed to victory with a stunning 242 mph run, setting a new 3/4-mile course record. This achievement not only turned heads across the docks but also reaffirmed Mystic’s place at the forefront of performance boating.
Another standout came from the XInsurance 50’ Mystic Turbine, which claimed the coveted “Dam-to-Dam” record, demonstrating both reliability and raw power over the extended course.
A Weekend with Our Owners
Beyond the records and wins, the Shootout was about connection. Mystic owners gathered for two full days of events, and according to John Cosker, CEO and Founder of Mystic Powerboats:
“It was one of the best gatherings we have ever had with our owners at LOTO. We had a great time.”
The camaraderie, shared experiences, and passion for performance made this gathering just as memorable as the records themselves.
